How to accept the messy parts of life

We tend to look back at our lives through a rigid, linear lens. We bin our history into neat categories of good and bad, successes and failures, searching for a clean narrative to present to the world. In doing so, we flatten our experience and build an artificial shell over who we actually are. We try to force our past into a predictable shape that is easy to explain, but completely divorced from the depth of our spirit.
The Kaleidoscope of Life is the shattering of that linear lens.
It is the recognition that your life cannot be neatly categorised, it is multidimensional in its shape and its truth. To step into the kaleidoscope means you stop running from the jagged, messy pieces of your history and instead view them with an open heart. Every memory, every shift in perspective, and every scar is an essential fragment of your blueprint. When you stay still enough to look within, these fragments shift, interweave, and align, revealing a sacred collage of your exactness.
Stay still. Stop running from the past. Turn the lens inward and drop into “The Kaleidoscope of Life”.

The Kaleidoscope of Truth
Feel into the heart
Feel the pulse of life within
Feel the place that holds your life secure
The exacting of the place of you
Stored within is the essence of life
Stored within is the sacred scripture of your life
The blue print of your exactness
The unfolding of your return
Becoming intertwined within the love for yourself
Becoming unfolded
Seeing the map that has been held within
Seeing the blueprint of your life
It’s purest form of self
The tribute of the soul
The burning desire of the spirit
Unfolding before your eyes
But held within
Stay still to feel your way back
Into the folds of your life
The divination of you
Blessed is the way back home
The journey littered with the memories
Stay true to self
Stay true to the memories of the past
See them with the open heart of self
See them as they were
See them as they lay beneath your feet
A picture of the day that was
A day to cherish
Even if that day was not one of the memories
But it is part of the Kaleidoscope of your life
Multidimensional in its truth
Multidimensional in its shape
Reflect back in the knowledge of how far you have grown
Reflect back to see the changing shape of your soul
Burning bright with the establishment of its connection
Shaping the wisdom
One day at a time
Etching itself into the memory
A snapshot of the evolution of the self
A tribute
A collage
A journey
The Practice
Reclaiming your true script requires you to see your history as it actually was, not how you wish it had been. You cannot step into the evolution of your self whilst denying the very steps that brought you here.
When you accept only the polished parts of your story, you remain fragmented. But when you embrace the kaleidoscope, you witness the changing shape of your soul. You stand securely on the ground of your own memories, allowing the wisdom of the past to etch itself into your presence. This is how you find your way back home to the place that holds your life secure, fully integrated and unshakeable.
The Integration
Take five minutes to sit in complete stillness. Close your eyes and feel into the pulse within your heart. Think of a memory you usually try to look away from, a day that felt heavy or out of place. Instead of judging it, view it with an open heart. See it simply as one more distinct fragment in the kaleidoscope of your journey. Let it settle into the collage beneath your feet until you are grounded without, and alive within.
