Understanding strategic alchemy

We have been conditioned to misinterpret the purpose of the physical frame. We treat the body as something to be fixed, judged, or forced into the unnatural ideals of an external world. This creates a painful division, a heavy, leaden state where we either obsess over the physical shell or completely reject it in favour of the spirit.

Strategic Alchemy is the collapse of this division.

It is the recognition that your body is not an enemy to be conquered or a distraction from your soul, it is the essential vessel for this life. To practice strategic alchemy means you stop viewing the body from the outside and begin to exist completely within it. You turn the view inward, using the physical frame as the ultimate teacher to meld body, soul, and spirit into a single, unshakeable presence.

Stop the judgment. Turn the lead into gold and drop into “The Alchemist of Life”.

The Alchemist of Life

The lived in body is the vessel of life

It has one role to be the frame that holds you through your journey

It support you

It carries you

It holds you

Your role is to nourish it

Train it

Temper it

Love it

The ruse is simple

Your mistake of the body and your love for it versus your soul and the love for that which is eternal

You might have a self hatred for your body

Living up to the ideals of the infidels

But your body is the vessel for this life

The teacher as you will

The gold for you is to understand the real purpose of the life you have

You may think it is

To see the body

To be the body

But look beyond all of this

To be one with the body

To be one with the soul

To be one with the spirit

Be the alchemist of your life

Take the chance to turn the view

Turn the lead into gold

Turn the body into one

Forge the existence of your life

Melded into one

Pure

Existence

Held

The Practice

True alchemy requires a forge, and for the human experience, that forge is the body. You cannot think your way into spiritual alignment whilst abandoning the frame that carries you through the journey.

When you live up to external ideals, you remain fragmented. But when you step into the role of the alchemist, you forge your own existence. You nourish, train, and temper the vessel so it can securely hold the magnitude of your eternal soul. This is how you take your seat at the table, completely unified, completely held, and entirely unresolvable by the outside world.

The Integration

Stop looking at your body through the eyes of the world. Close your eyes and breathe into the heavy, leaden places where you carry tension or judgment. Shift your perspective from looking at the body to being the body. Let the boundaries melt until body, soul, and spirit operate as one pure existence.
