Welcome to the Brave Conversation Club. By using this website, purchasing our services, or joining our membership, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Relationship
This website and its offerings are operated by the Brave Conversation Club. We provide spaces, memberships, and services designed for deep reflection, community conversation, and personal evolution.

By entering this space, you acknowledge that our work is educational and collaborative. We do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or formal legal advice
2. Membership and Billing
When you register for the Sanctuary membership, you agree to a recurring subscription fee billed at the interval you select (such as monthly or annually).

Payment processing | Your subscription is billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle using our secure third-party payment gateway.

Fee changes | We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing. If we do, you will be given clear, advance notice via email before any changes take effect.
3. Membership Cancellation
You hold absolute autonomy over your membership. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing period begins.

How to cancel | You can cancel directly through your account dashboard or by emailing us.

Timing | To avoid being billed for the next cycle, ensure your cancellation is completed before your scheduled renewal date.

Access | Once you cancel, you will retain full access to the Sanctuary until the end of your current, paid billing period, at which point your subscription will end.

Refunds | Because you retain access through your paid period, we do not offer partial or retrospective refunds for billing cycles that have already begun.
4. Services and Offerings
Separate from membership, we may offer specific, structured services, circles, or workshops.

Payment in full | Payment for any structured service must be made in full prior to the service being commenced or completed, according to the specific booking terms outlined at the point of purchase.

No refunds for change of mind | Once payment is made and your space is secured, fees for services are non-refundable if you simply change your mind or are unable to attend, except where a refund or remedy is strictly required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5. Community Space and Conduct
The work we do here requires complete integrity and mutual respect. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that breaches the safety and confidentiality of the collective space.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership or restrict your access to our services immediately, without refund, if you breach these standards of conduct.

6. Intellectual Property
The words, verses, transmissions, and concepts shared on this site, including the Scribe's Journal and all materials within the Sanctuary, belong entirely to the Brave Conversation Club. You are welcome to absorb them for your personal growth, but you may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

7. New Zealand Consumer Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit, modify, or exclude your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If our services fail to meet any legal guarantee, we will fully meet our obligations to provide a remedy, repair, or refund as required by law.

We may occasionally update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page.
