The keys to experience spiritual awakening

The question "Where are you fighting a battle you are being asked to lose?" strikes at the very heart of why we walk a spiritual path and seek spiritual awakening.

As spiritualists, we understand deeply what it means to connect with the unseen world. We understand energy, we understand mediumship, and we know that we are infinite souls having a brief human experience.

Yet, even with all our spiritual awareness,we still find ourselves caught up in the heavy, exhausting rush of the everyday world.

We treat our minds like shields. We use our thoughts to constantly calculate, to control, to anxiously predict our future security, and to worry about our flaws. We have been taught by the world that to be safe means to stay on guard, to carry the heavy armour of adulthood, and to keep fighting.

But over this past year, through the hundreds of daily pages recorded in Anna’s Notes since May 2025, Spirit has delivered a stunningly clear review of what true spiritual awakening actually looks like. Looking back at this extensive ledger, we have learned that finding our true spiritual centre is not a complex mystery to be solved, nor is it a mountain we have to climb through gruelling, heavy effort.

It is actually a beautiful process of letting go. These verses are a gentle, steady roadmap, a simple guide sent from Spirit to show us how to naturally dissolve the friction of the world, drop our heavy burdens, and return to our original, innocent, and uncompromised design.

We want to share the three main keys of wisdom and pure wonder that have emerged from this year of listening and recording, in a way of knowing that we cannot describe the how of, just that it is.

Key 1: Shedding the noisy world

The first major thread that weaves through this year of scribing is the absolute necessity of clearing the static out of our lives.

When the channelling first began last year, the guides brought through a very specific, unique frequency of language. They used simple, poetic line structures that my logical, everyday mind couldn't easily analyse or use for daily frantic rushing. They used words no longer in use, last recorded in the 1700s or 1800s, or words that are newly created but provide a concise description worthy of the verse and its explanation. It was a beautiful, intentional short-circuit of the busy brain, sweeping away the noise of the human ego so a pristine, quiet connection could form.

The verses consistently invite us to return to a state they describe as being "unvanished."

To be unvanished means to be completely unpacked. It means having the courage to look at your life and consciously unpack yourself from the ghosts of old hurts, the heavy expectations of who you are "supposed" to be, and the frantic, chaotic pacing of the world around us.

Most of us spend our days operating our energy on a highly restrictive "trickle" setting. We try to squeeze our vast, infinite spiritual nature into tight, stressful boxes because we think it keeps us safe.

We check the boxes of external approval, we hold our breath, we overwork, and we grip our lives so tightly that our physical bodies become rigid, defensive, and tired.

The first great lesson of this ledger is that true spiritual connection cannot flow through a tense, crowded system.

True growth isn't about adding more spiritual tasks to your daily list. It is simply about dropping the hyper-vigilance, clearing a quiet boundary around your life, and creating a soft sanctuary where your true, authentic voice can finally be felt.

Key 2: The Grand Design and the space within

Once that noise clears and the human vessel quiets, the second thread reveals a breathtakingly elegant design, a single, beautiful harmony that perfectly balances the universe around us with the sacred space within us.

In this ledger of verses, the traditional labels that humanity has spent centuries arguing over, specifically the concepts of "The Lord" and "God," are completely stripped of historical guilt and redefined as pure, natural laws.

Anna’s journey started around late November and was the hardest to sit within. She would hear the words placed in her mind like God and Lord and Jesus and she would try to replace them with another, or try to ignore them. It was like awaiting a text from a friend when you watch the three dots typing, yet nothing else comes, and they disappear.

If she didn’t accept the words, the communication went quiet, the flow stopped.

This was the inner journey that she had to go on to accept these words as the words and not fight them, not replace them but allow them to flow and be recorded. This has ended up being such a large part of the wisdom. She had to lose the battle of her view of these words in the religious realm that she had believed they existed in, and had rejected her whole life.

The wisdom within the verses, on one hand, defines the grand outer framework of creation as "The Lord." But the verses don't paint a picture of a human figure sitting on a cloud passing judgment.

Instead, they explicitly use a specific, neutral pronoun: "It." The verse states:

"The Lord exists for all to see.

It is the one true creator of life.

It is the all knowing and seeing force that exists for all

It is

It was

It will be."

By calling the source of creation an "It," the transmission honours the true Creator as a beautiful, boundless, all-knowing field of pure love and intelligence.

Think of this layer as the grand, silent laws of Nature. It is the same unchanging rhythm that tells the tides when to turn, that tells the stars how to shine, and keeps the earth spinning in perfect, beautiful order.

This is the unchanging blueprint of creation, what the scientist calls the unified field, the laws of quantum mechanics, and the sacred mathematics that hold the galaxies in perfect order. It is the steady, unshakeable backdrop of life that sustains everything without ego, condition, or judgment.

But then, the ledger pivots completely to the sacred universe inside our own skin. It defines "God" as the unique, localised spark of that exact same universal creator intelligence living directly inside your physical biology.

As a transmission recorded late last year softly dictates:

The blessed are the ones who can sit within themselves and observe the truth...

There is no truth outside of yourself.

Just the truth of the soul

The truth of you

This is the ultimate realisation of wonder. The divine presence is an internal, heartbeat reality. When you sit completely still within your own sanctuary, you are not cut off from the universe; you are logging directly into the heart of creation. Your physical body is a magnificent temple engineered specifically to house an infinite, loving frequency.

Key 3: True sovereignty and the gift of the child

This brings us to our final key: the precise moment these two fields lock together to activate your absolute personal sovereignty, and a deep, unshakeable love for the self.

When we anchor our physical lives in the absolute laws of nature, but take our daily direction exclusively from the quiet voice of truth inside our own chest, when we stand at the feet of the Lord and obey the commands of the self, we unlock the ultimate formula for a free human life.

To understand how this feels, we cannot just discuss it. We have to feel the shift in our biology. Let’s run a real-time somatic scan right now. Take a deep, slow breath right into your lower stomach, and step completely into your inner sanctuary with the ultimate mirror of self-love and acceptance.

Just a few days ago, a verse dropped onto the page to show us exactly what happens to our flesh and bone when we choose to stop fighting the mind and return to this inner knowing. The text says:

Silencing the urchin within

Replacing the disharmony with love

Manufacturing the hearth of the heart...

Freed / Replayed / Rejoiced

As you sit here in the quiet, notice "the urchin within." The urchin is simply that frantic voice of our old survival conditioning, the panic that tells us we are not doing enough, that we are not safe, or that we need to alter who we are to be loved. Notice how that disharmony feels as a physical tightness.

Now, as you breathe out, imagine silencing that voice. Choose to lose that battle. Step directly into the centre of your chest, what the verse calls "the hearth of the heart."

And the absolute final piece of this guide landed on the page to wash over us. Spirit reminded us that the ultimate destination of this whole journey, the final breakthrough of this entire year of listening, is not a state of heavy, serious, complex spiritual adultness. It is a triumphant return to the pure, light frequency of The Child.

The verse whispered:

"Break through the adultness...

Relive the vibrancy,

Reliving the bubbles of life...

Explore. Create. Imagine."

The divine presence within you isn't a stern, heavy judge. It is the free, untamed child who knows that you are already entirely whole, entirely safe, and entirely loved.

When you anchor yourself here, your energy moves from a restricted trickle to a magnificent, overflowing torrent. You break free the inner horse. You become what the text beautifully calls "Aflood." Overflowing and inundated with your own light.

The image of yourself is the first that needs to tend to the temple that you are...

To feel the comfort and satisfaction of the enough

To be truly blessed within the feelings of the self
