Without judgement, the key to self-acceptance and inner peace

We spend so much of our lives carrying an invisible, exhausting weight. We scan every room we walk into, manage other people's perceptions, and replay past moments to justify why we acted the way we did. We hold tight to control because we think it keeps us safe, yet all it really does is keep us trapped in our heads.

When we live like this, judgment becomes an automatic defense mechanism. We judge others to protect ourselves, and we judge ourselves because we are terrified of falling short.

This channelled verse, titled Without Judgement, invites us to drop that heavy cargo. It is not about reaching perfection or forcing yourself to be spiritual. It is a quiet, direct look at what happens when you stop running, drop the self-doubt, and see yourself clearly. When you surrender the need to control outcomes or manage how others view you, you stop shape-shifting and return home to who you actually are.

Without Judgement

To know is to understand the path that is meant for you.

To know that what you are and what you were all make up what you will become.

To understand that self is the essence of who you are and who you are meant to be.

To be in constant peace with the place that you stand and the people that stand with you.

To be united with yourself as you walk through the life that lays before you.

To become the person that you are meant to be.

The unknown can take its toll on your conscious mind as it is constantly stretching, straining and seeking the answer.

The truth, dear one, is there isn’t an answer that you will find in that moment of searching

The answer you will find is within, already a knowing that sits within you to unleash.

To sit with yourself in surrender is the way to find yourself truly.

An ability to have total surrender is not for the faint-hearted,

As it requires you to give away all the control of the things that you concern your daily life with.

To be able to say: it doesn’t matter what you think of me or what I think of you.

What matters is what you know about yourself.

The truth, the honesty, the bare laying of yourself, in front of yourself.

The honesty that exists will come, dear one, when you are presented with your last breath.

The moment after that, you will truly see yourself for who you are, and what you have done for yourself, and the view that you had on the world.

Can you change the shape or the course after your last breath?

You can’t change the past; but the repenting will happen in the journey of the soul.

To become true to your soul growth now is to look at yourself as though you have taken that last breath.

Does all that you chase now actually make the impact that you thought?

Are you shaping the lives of others through the control that you seek to have?

Are you living with ego and malice?

Or are you living with love and harmony and grace?

Can you catch yourself in the moment when you are being the person who doesn’t serve your higher self?

Can you take the moment to slow down and pause before you act with the tainting of the self that doesn’t serve your soul or your character?

Can you?

To be without judgement is not an easy path to take.

To be without judgement means that you truly have surrendered to the fact that nothing can be controlled, and it is not yours to adjust.

To be in surrender provides the serenity of the angels.

To be in the place of peace through the eyes of the lord.

To acknowledge the love that exists from within and the output to the world outside.

To acknowledge the place that exists with the grace of the creator.

The creator that connects us all in this world and the next with a ribbon-like thread that ties us all together

The creator lives within; but so does the tempting of the nemesis.

The dark angel that wants us to be unjust, enraged, and live with the self-righteous ego of indignation towards our fellow man.

The life we lead may have us blind to who is leading ourselves and how we are leading our life.

The judgement that we feel against others may be tainted by the ego that is blind to yourself.

The judgement that you have to others might one day become the judgement that is presented to you in the moment after your last breath.

Can you see, dear one, that you need to open your eyes to yourself now, and live in a place of surrender to be able to see with the clarity that exists in the moment on who you are truly being?

To live in the moment in the true reflection of God is to be without judgement, criticism, or malice.

But to be in the reflection of love, acceptance and grace to those that stand around you.

The world that you see can be shaped by the view from your eyes; it can be shaped by the voice of your consciousness, or it can be shaped by the understanding that one day your soul will be truly unveiled to yourself on a day of reckoning, at a time that you will have to view it with the honesty that cannot be coloured by your view of what is right or wrong or the why through your justifications.

Today is a message to enable you to know that you can live a life of grace and purity, but that comes through surrender of self to uncloak the shackles of the ego, and surrender to the soul that knows with its heart that it is here to learn and to become the purest form that it can be.

What tempts you in this worldly environment and human existence is the lessons of God; can you see them for what they are temptations so rich and grand and justified to take on and wear with all your might; or the lessons that you can see for what they are and with the grace of God acknowledge as the things that won’t serve your soul in this life and the next?

Navigating the shift from judgement to acceptance

When the verse speaks of uncloaking the ego, it is pointing to the daily habits we use to stay protected. The ego loves to keep us busy judging everyone else so we never have to pause and look at our own baseline.

When we operate from that place, every interaction becomes a competition or a defense. Catching yourself in the exact second you react with irritation or righteousness creates a micro-pause. In that quiet second, you step out of corporate speed and step into genuine presence.

Practice and integration: Laying down control

Surrendering control is not about giving up or becoming passive. It is a sovereign choice to stop forcing timing and step into the present moment. Here are three subtle ways to bring this into your day:

  • Notice the urge to manage: Pay attention to moments when you feel compelled to fix a situation or correct someone else. Pause, take a long exhale, and ask if it is truly yours to adjust.

  • Catch the reaction: When judgment rises in your body, feel your feet on the floor. Use that physical anchor to step out of mental chatter and return to your centre.

  • Reflect on the long view: Ask yourself the core question from the verse: Does all that you chase right now actually make the impact you thought? Let that clarity guide what you choose to hold onto today.

Where in your physical body do you feel the tension of trying to control things, and what changes when you allow yourself to lay it down?
